Benjie Fiorentino, RN
Executive Director and Director of Client Services
Benjie brings more than 15 years of professional nursing experience to SeniorBridge in a variety of settings including ICU, hospice and home care. His strong leadership qualities have allowed him to enhance company growth throughout the New Jersey area. Prior to joining Senior Bridge, Benjie served as administrator at ViaQuest Home Care in Toms River, New Jersey where he was responsible for the overall direction of business affairs and operations in order to meet or exceed the budgeted revenue. Other career highlights include working for Meridian Health Systems for 13 years and spending the last 8 years in Surgical ICU. Benjie is also a veteran of the United States Air Force and proudly served as the leader of a four man armed response team at Ramstien Air Base in Germany during the Persian Gulf War. Among his accomplishments, Benjie was promoted before his peers and received the Diamond Leadership Award. Benjie earned his first degree in Industrial Security from the Community College of the Air Force and used his GI bill for his degree of Science in Nursing from Ocean County College in Toms River, New Jersey. Benjie also has a degree in Management from the University of Maryland. Benjie holds licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of New Jersey.
Steven R. Weiss
Regional Director of Professional Relations
Steve Weiss is an advocate of quality elder care in the community. In addition to his role at SeniorBridge, he serves as president of the Society on Aging of New Jersey (SANJ), a statewide organization that provides education to professionals who serve the older adult community in the state, and founder of Senior Connections, an organization that encourages collaboration within the elder care industry. Prior to joining SeniorBridge, he was Vice President at Care Choice and held positions in marketing and sales in various healthcare organizations where his accolades included Outstanding Service Award and Employer of the Year.

Jessica Winters, BSW, CSW
Director of Professional Relations
Jessica brings more than 6 years experience in the healthcare field with particular expertise in the geriatric population in a variety of settings including home care, hospitals and rehabilitation centers. Her strong leadership qualities have allowed Jessica to enhance company growth through marketing strategies throughout New Jersey and she has a deep commitment for providing patient-centered care and advocating for families. Prior to joining SeniorBridge, Jessica served as Marketing Coordinator at ViaQuest Home Care in Toms River, New Jersey where she identified key goals, objectives and outcomes of marketing efforts, managed resources for producing marketing material and developed marketing plans to ensure all materials effectively sold. Other career highlights include assisting in developing and revising written plans of care as Social Worker at Manchester Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center and performing psychosocial assessments as Social Service Per Diem at several nursing homes located in Monmouth and Ocean County..Jessica earned her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Cabrini College in Radnor, Pennsylvania where she also completed the American Red Cross cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and automated external defibrillator (AED) course.
